TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Inc., Leadership Collier Foundation, Inc. and The Partnership for Collier’s Future Economy, Inc. (referred to hereinafter, together, as “The Chamber”) website located at www.napleschamber.org (the “Website”). It is important to us that you, and all of our visitors, have the best possible experience while using our Website, and that when you use this Website you are fully aware of our respective rights and obligations. For that reason, we have created these Terms and Conditions of Use along with our Privacy Policy (which is made a part of these Terms and Conditions of Use) as the legally binding terms that will govern your use of this Website. By visiting the Website, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. (hereinafter referred to, together, as “The Chamber”) respects the privacy of every individual and is committed to protecting your privacy. (“LCF”) does not share its member information with any third parties. By obtaining credentials to access the Website, you acknowledge that you will not appropriate nor otherwise use the information regarding alumni of LCF programs contained on the Website for any personal, political or financial purposes, or appropriate any such information for the political or financial purposes of any third party.  If you do not wish to have your information shared in the manner described above, write to us at info@napleschamber.org. If you do not wish to receive future commercial communications from us by email, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions contained within the email.

We also allow access to our database by third parties that provide us with services, such as technical maintenance or forums and search software, but only for the purpose of and to the extent necessary to provide those services.
