GAIN is specifically designed for emerging leaders and professionals in Collier County aged 21-40.
Over a four month period, March to June, GAIN participants will go through an intense series of workshops, and participate in facilitated networking programs focused on professional development and peer networking.
Participants will learn about Collier County history, local government, election structures, Collier County’s charitable foundations and other resources so that graduates can become involved and be an effective contributor in the community.
Gain Networking Opportunities
Come network with other like-minded business professionals. Learn techniques and tips on how to network in the community and build your business through personal contacts and referrals.
Gain Knowledge through Educational Seminars
Seminars and workshops will focus on professional development and address challenges facing emerging professionals in Collier County.
Gain Information on Community Efforts
Be exposed to Collier County’s charitable foundations and nonprofit agencies. Attendees will learn how to become involved in these organizations. You will be given the resources needed to be an effective contributor in the community.
Gain Insight into your Behavioral and Managerial Style
Research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment. Learn your strengths and weaknesses by experiencing the DISC Assessment analysis.

- Program tuition is $525 and applications for the GAIN program are due by
5:00 pm on February 15, 2012. Tuition is due upon acceptance into the GAIN program.
