The Leadership Collier Program was formed by The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce in 1988 to develop a network of informed citizens prepared to assume leadership roles in our community. In 2004 The Leadership Foundation, Inc. was formed. This 501(c) 3 organization encompasses Leadership Collier, GAIN (Growing Associates in Naples), Youth Leadership, Campaign for Leadership and the Leadership Institute. The Leadership Collier Foundation, Inc. governs all Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Programs. Graduates of these programs work to strengthen our community through nonprofit organizations, local government boards and our schools
Many Leadership Collier graduates have taken the knowledge gained through the program to change the future of Collier County through elected offices and volunteer efforts. Leadership Collier has become a top rated educational program. The program has also become a great networking opportunity for people to do business with other leaders in the community.
