Named President and CEO in 2002, Mike’s extensive career has included key executive positions in metropolitan development, higher education, county and state government where he was a cabinet officer to three state Governors.
Active in local affairs, Reagen is a graduate of Leadership Collier and the Collier County Sheriff’s Academy. He is President of the Leadership Collier Foundation & the Council for International Visitors in Collier {CIVIC}, an Officer of the One Hundred Club, an Advisor to the Naples Press Club and a member of the Naples Men's Discussion Group. He serves on several local advisory boards. A recipient of the National Public Service Award, American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) and the American Academy for Public Administration, in 2006, received The World Food Prize’s Iowa Founders Award. In 2008, he was named one of Gulfshore Life Magazine’s Men of the Year and in 2009, The Education Foundation named him among local Men of Distinction. He has been a Cabinet Officer in the administration of three state Governors and prior to coming to Naples was Senior Vice President [CAO] & Clinical Associate Professor, Des Moines University Medical Center.
