In this class, you will explore the variety of fresh kale found at Whole Foods Market and try out inventive recipes to incorporate kale into your fall menu. Our Prepared Foods department will be showcasing tasty selections from our very own holiday menu. Stop by to sample delicious holiday staples, and then order what you need from our holiday order table. Holiday Desserts Cooking Class, 2 pm Sunday, November 16th $10 Get some new ideas for scrumptious fall desserts to complement your Thanksgiving menu. Fleming’s chef, Nate will delight attendees with sure-to-please recipes, followed by a holiday dessert tasting! Instructor: Nate Szwejbka, Sous Chef of Fleming’s Steakhouse What’s Left? Cooking Class, 6:30 pm Tuesday, October 18th, $5 Leftovers have never tasted so good! Learn how to make the most of your Thanksgiving dinner by discovering creative ways to incorporate leftover ingredients into mouthwatering meals. Delectable dishes will include Turkey Enchiladas, California-style Turkey Salad, Turkey Shepherd’s Pie and more!
