In this seminar you will learn how to improve your personal and your organizations effectiveness through the use of various management techniques. You will also learn how to use some technology available at little or no cost. This seminar will assist the business owner to become more productive and expend their time and efforts to grow the revenues and profitability of the business.

YOUR PRESENTERS - Denny Brooke and Rich Federman - SCORE Counsellors

Denny has extensive experience in the retail sector. He has served in various capacities including Director of Training and development ( Venture Stores) , developed strategic pricing programs and line review processes for maximizing GMROI. He was a co founder and Sr Operations executive for one of the nation's first wholesale clubs which was also one of our nation's fastest growing companies in the 1980's.

Rich has effectively turned around and marketed businesses for 30+ years in a variety of business environments, including building financial businesses in general management and marketing roles at large money center banks, as CEO of a small business lending company. Rich currently advises entrepreneurs focusing personal attention to leadership productivity as well as strategic planning, marketing, and creative problem solving. He works as a director and advisor to BlueprintSMS--a B2B sales consulting firm.
