The
Naples is a very family-friendly city, and there are
many well-qualified people that you can trust with
the care of your children. However, be sure to thoroughly
research your potential providers before choosing
one, and make sure that they fit with your family's
lifestyle and schedule.
Here are some tips on what to look for when looking for a childcare provider:
- Review all of your options- that includes churches, city and county agencies, private centers, nonprofit groups, and others
- Schedule a first visit
- Make an unannounced second visit
- Is the facility safely laid out?
- Talk with parents who have children already enrolled. Ask them candid questions about the facility
- Check staff qualifications and turnover rates. Are they friendly? Professional?
- Is the facility licensed by the state?
Below you will find a list of childcare
providers who are members of the Greater Naples Chamber
of Commerce. You can also do a search of all providers
in The Florida Department of Children and Families
