1st Annual Economic Development Day Success

The Greater Naples Chamber and Collier County Government hosted their 1st Annual Economic Development Day on June 15, 2022, from 3pm to 5pm, at The Cove at Paradise Coast Sports Complex. This free event highlighted the partnership between the Chamber and Collier County, Collier Economic Development Office (EDO), as well as the resources available to help local businesses launch or grow in Collier County. 

“We were excited to highlight our partnership with Collier County and showcase the different business services we have to offer,” said Melanie Schmees, director of economic development and research at Greater Naples Chamber. “Many of our partners were there which made it a great networking event for business owners and employers.”
 
Attendees had the opportunity to visit the economic partner booths, network, and tour Paradise Sports Coast Complex. Free food and beverages were generously provided by Chef Ahmed El, Culinary Programs & Development Manager at the Immokalee Culinary Accelerator.
