A splash of fun right here in Collier County

​It was an educational and fun time for the LCF Alumni Association to explore the waters at Isle of Capri, kayaking through one of the largest contiguous mangrove forests in North America.

Sponsored by Friends of Rookery Bay, attendees searched for native wildlife and learned about other unique aspects of this diverse ecosystem from knowledgeable biologist guides.

Collier County is known for its paradise coast after all, and the Leadership Collier Foundation knows how to tie in a worthwhile educational experience incorporating hand-on learning.

LCF graduates continue to activate their community leadership through activities education and engagement such as this, and by continuing to join in on opportunities through meeting others who are as passionate in leadership, development and ongoing experiences shows how the Leadership Collier Foundation prepares effective community figures.
