Collier LEADS is the Greater Naples Chamber’s premier leadership development program, an eleven-month, immersive experience designed exclusively for Chamber members ready to grow beyond traditional leadership training. Tailored for emerging and high-potential leaders, the program combines group learning with 1:1 executive coaching, a robust suite of leadership assessments, and personalized goal setting to help participants lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Eligibility Requirements:
To participate in Collier LEADS, applicants must:
- Be employed by an organization that is a member in good standing of the Greater Naples Chamber
- Supervise at least one direct report
- Have an internal sponsor (manager, supervisor, or senior leader)
- Commit to attending all program sessions
Application Process & Important Dates:
To apply for Collier LEADS, submit your online application form and ensure your sponsor completes the letter of recommendation.
- All applications and sponsor reference forms must be received by September 25, 2025.
- Selected participants will be notified by October 17, 2025
- The program will officially launch with a Kickoff Reception on November 12, 2025

- Virtual Informative Session: September 3rd at 4:00 p.m.
- In-person Informative Session: September 11th at 4:00 p.m.
Investments:
If selected, the Collier LEADS program is $8,500. Payment may be made in two installments: the first payment is due upon acceptance to the program, and the final payment is due halfway through the program. The cost includes all materials, assessments, and expert facilitation throughout the eleven-month experience.
