Cory Carlson is the Commercial Director of Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, where he leads the resort’s sales, marketing, revenue management, and commercial strategy as one of Southwest Florida’s most significant luxury hospitality developments.
With decades of hospitality experience, Cory has built a career creating exceptional guest experiences at some of the world’s most celebrated mountain and resort destinations. His leadership journey includes Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in Vail and Lake Tahoe before joining Four Seasons, where he has held commercial leadership roles across premier destinations like Jackson Hole and now helps shape the success of Naples Beach Club.
Before his hospitality career, Cory competed internationally as a member of the U.S. Ski Team, an experience that instilled the discipline, resilience, and teamwork that continue to define his leadership style today.
A passionate advocate for Naples and its future, Cory is dedicated to strengthening partnerships between business, tourism, and the local community while helping elevate Naples as one of the world’s premier luxury destinations. He is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Greater Naples Chamber and looks forward to supporting initiatives that foster economic vitality, innovation, and a thriving community for residents and visitors alike.
