Michelle Tabi, Director of Sales & Marketing, at Residence Inn by Marriott Naples. Her entrepreneurial spirit and high energy make her a natural connector, creator, and revenue generator. Specializing in partnerships, business development, sales, marketing, training and community engagement, Michelle thrives on building relationships and crafting strategies that drive success for CSM Corp. She also contributes to the organization’s growth, CSM Culture, Sales Executive Council and CSM Lodging Cares.
With a B.A., Business Administration, Marketing & Advertising, Michelle’s career began in advertising agencies, working with clients such as Tourneau & BMW. She has opened luxury retail stores & restaurants in NYC/NJ,and brings over a decade of hospitality experience in branded and boutique hotels, launched multiple hotels in both states. Passionate about her industry, Michelle takes pride in caring for herself, family, associates, and community, embracing her role as a purposeful leader. Since moving to SWFL March '20, Michelle has been deeply involved in the community. She serves as a Greater Naples Chamber Ambassador, VP N.A.P.L.E.S. Group, VP Membership SKAL Southwest Florida, and a supporter Pace Center for Girls Immokalee, Immokalee Foundation, Make-A-Wish Southern FL, UWCollier & the Keys, LC 2026. In 2024, she participated in the TED Talk Platform and shared her insights on “Connecting with Purpose” and the “TABI Method” as a speaker at Disrupt HR 3.0. Michelle’s commitment to excellence has earned her multiple honors: Dec 2023 “Business of the Month” Award from the Naples Chamber & Commissioners, 2023 CSM Community Service Award, 2025 CSM Create the WOW Award, 2026 CSM Entrepreneurial Spirit Award. Her mission is to embrace life fully enjoying family, travel, community connections, and the art of sales & marketing. Michelle and her husband will celebrate their son's graduation BCHS Class '26 and will be attending UCF School of Engineering in the Fall 2026.
