Professional Bio
Sloan is the Director of Business and Economic Partnerships at the Greater Naples Chamber, where she leads the Partnership for Collier’s Future Economy, a public-private initiative focused on strengthening Collier County’s business community. She works with local businesses, community partners, and economic development organizations to support business growth, workforce initiatives, and informed decision-making through data and research.
Before joining the Chamber, Sloan worked in commercial real estate as an Asset Manager with Brookfield Properties, where she supported strategic planning, business development, and partnerships for Coastland Center. She also spent several years with Artis—Naples managing donor relationships and membership initiatives.
A Naples native, Sloan is passionate about serving her community. She serves on the board of NextGen Habitat for Humanity, is a Co-Chair of the Matching Needs Committee, serves on the CCPS NAF Advisory Board, and is an Ambassador for Grace Place. She is a graduate of Associate Leadership Collier and has been recognized as one of Gulfshore Business’ 40 Under 40.
Sloan holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Education from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she was also a member of the William Smith Women’s Soccer Team that attended the Final Four NCAA Division III National Championships and received the Rising Star Award for demonstrating leadership on and off the field.
Outside of work and community involvement, Sloan enjoys exploring all the unique experiences Naples has to offer with her husband and daughter. Whether discovering local gems, spending time outdoors on the boat or beaches, she loves being part of the vibrant Naples lifestyle.
