Theodore "Ted" Bill – Ted Bill is the Chief Executive Officer of Wire Experts Group, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company headquartered in Naples, Florida. The Wire Experts Group family includes Pelican Wire Company in Naples and Rubadue Wire Company in Loveland, Colorado. Under Ted’s leadership, the company transitioned to 100% employee ownership in 2008 through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)—a move he remains deeply proud of. He is passionate about driving business growth to create lasting financial freedom for his fellow employee-owners.
Ted is an active leader in the community and the manufacturing industry. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Naples Players, a not-for-profit community theater, and the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. He is also the President of the Florida Chapter of The ESOP Association and President of the Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association, advocating for policies and practices that strengthen local industry and support employee ownership.
Before joining Wire Experts Group, Ted spent 13 years with Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, holding roles in Industrial Engineering and Information Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
