Difficult Conversations

A Two-Part Virtual Training Series with Crestline Alliance

Chamber University is excited to partner with Crestline Alliance to bring you valuable training opportunities as an exclusive Chamber member benefit and special pricing.

We all face them: those tough conversations we do not look forward to having. Navigating difficult conversations in a way that preserves, or even strengthens, relationships while simultaneously leading to good outcomes is an art that can be learned. In this two-part program, participants explore the conversational techniques that get the job done, learning from one another as they role play tough situations.
