Benson Blackburn Welcomes Brian Taylor as Senior Partner

NAPLES, Fla. Benson Blackburn is pleased to announce that Brian D. Taylor, CFP®, CLU®, CLTC®, CIC, has joined the firm as Senior Partner. Taylor brings extensive experience in insurance, risk management, and advanced planning, along with a collaborative approach to serving individuals, families, business owners, and their professional advisors.

In his role, Taylor will help clients evaluate sophisticated life insurance, wealth accumulation, wealth transfer, and protection strategies. He will work closely with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, banking professionals, and other trusted advisors to develop coordinated solutions that support each client’s broader planning objectives.

Prior to joining Benson Blackburn, Taylor served as an Insurance Advisor with Taylor Insurance Group, where he advised clients on personal, commercial, and advanced planning needs. Before that, he spent 11 years with the insurance division of Huntington National Bank, partnering with private bankers, wealth advisors, and commercial lenders to deliver integrated insurance and risk management solutions.

Taylor holds several respected industry designations, including Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Certified in Long-Term Care® (CLTC®), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). He is known for simplifying complex planning concepts, strengthening professional relationships, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
