Professional Bio
Recognized for her leadership across the state, Kristina has been honored as a Naples 100 honoree, a Salute to Tourism recipient by SKAL Tampa Bay, a Pineapple Hospitality Award winner, and a Tampa Bay Business Journal Woman of the Year and Up & Comer honoree. During her tenure as President of the SKAL Tampa Bay Chapter, she guided the organization to earn recognition as the #1 Chapter in the U.S. and #3 globally.
Kristina is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Recreation, Tourism & Hospitality Management with a focus in International Business. She is an alumna of Leadership Collier, Leadership AMPLIFIED, Leadership St. Pete, and the Accendo Leadership Training Program, and she holds post-crisis leadership certificates from the University of South Florida.
A passionate advocate for children and families, Kristina devotes time to organizations addressing domestic violence prevention, child welfare, and education. She lives in Naples, Florida, with her husband, Chris, and their son, Kai—embracing a life rooted in family, community, and the belief that when business and purpose align, transformative change follows.
