Madison Walker

Madison Walker has served as the Administrative Operations Specialist at the Greater Naples Chamber since March 2025. She supports the Chamber's front office, assisting members, business leaders, and visitors while providing administrative and operational support across the Membership, Events, Workforce, and Operations teams.

Her responsibilities include CRM administration, member services, event support, administrative coordination, and a variety of special projects that help keep the Chamber's daily operations running efficiently. Known to many as "Maddie," she enjoys working behind the scenes to support both her colleagues and the Chamber's members.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Madison developed a strong foundation in customer service, operations, and team leadership through positions in healthcare, retail, and management. These experiences strengthened her organizational skills, adaptability, and passion for providing exceptional service. She enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in helping create a positive experience for Chamber members and visitors alike.
