Professional Bio
Michelle Borders and her husband, Kevin, have been married since 1992 and are the co-founders of Naples Network Services, which they established in 2004. Their company provides IT consulting, ongoing maintenance, and VoIP phone solutions to small and mid-sized businesses throughout Collier County and Southwest Florida.
Naples Network Services has been consistently recognized by Gulfshore Business readers as a “Best in Business,” earning top-three rankings in 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2024, and achieving the #1 spot in 2025. The company was also honored as Business of the Month by the Collier County Commissioners in September 2021.
Michelle is an active leader in the Naples community. She currently serves as a Naples Chamber Ambassador and is a graduate of both the Growing Associates in Naples (GAIN) program (2012) and Leadership Collier (2014). Since 2015, she has coordinated the Youth Leadership Collier Application Evaluators. She has chaired the Chamber’s Small Business Council since May 2018 and was appointed to the Chamber Board of Directors in 2019.
In recognition of her dedication, Michelle was named Ambassador of the Year in 2019 and received the Chairman’s Award from the Naples Chamber in 2023.
She is also deeply committed to service. Michelle volunteers as a Family Support Group Facilitator for NAMI and hosts a global monthly Zoom support group for Clusterbusters.org. In addition, she serves on the Technology/Finance Committee at Moorings Park and the Community Board for Seacoast Bank.
Michelle and Kevin have two adult children and enjoy spending their free time boating with their Springer Spaniel, Shirley.
