Professional Bio
Stephanie Dixon is the Corporate Governance & Finance Administrator for the Greater Naples Chamber, where she manages board governance, financial administration, and operational processes for the Chamber and its affiliated organizations. Working closely with leadership, board members, and community partners, she helps support the day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives that strengthen the business community in Collier County.
Before joining the Chamber in 2022, Stephanie spent more than 15 years in marketing, public relations, and financial services, holding roles with Bank of America, IBERIABANK, and First Horizon Bank. Her background in communications, client relations, and business operations has shaped her practical, relationship-focused approach to both her professional and community work.
Stephanie is actively involved in the Naples community and currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for The Salvation Army of Collier County, President of the Sea Gate Elementary PTO, and Site Manager for Baby Basics of Collier County. She has previously served on the vestry of Trinity by the Cove Episcopal Church and on the boards of the Naples Junior Woman’s Club and Hope for Haiti. She is a graduate of Associate Leadership Collier, Class of 2014.
Stephanie studied psychology and business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Outside of work and volunteer leadership, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their son, Henry, supporting Henry’s golf and other activities, traveling, and staying involved in the Naples community they call home.
